Protecting the health and safety of our people, customers, suppliers and members of the public is the core priority for the Group.

As a Group we consider Health and Safety to be one of our core values, and we believe our Health and Safety commitment exceeds standards common to the industry. We have a training programme in place which ensures that all employees are provided with high quality core safety training applicable to business work streams.

As a business we report on all elements of Health and Safety on a monthly basis which enables us to highlight trends, drive improvement and issue relevant safety alerts and bulletins to staff.

In 2015, we formed a Group Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) network, to share best practice and introduce improvements and risk reduction plans across the business. This enables Health and Safety professionals to share knowledge, drive new initiatives and continually improve our safety culture. This powerful network is making a difference at the front line. It has improved compliance with our training requirements and is bringing a consistent Group-wide approach to audit.

We believe our Health and Safety commitment exceeds standards common to the industry.
